Item # 4023 - The Italian Greyhound by E.D Thring

Here is what I believe is a first edition copy of The Italian Greyhound by E.D. Thring. This book was published by The Italian Greyhound Club in England. It is not dated. Measurements are: 5" x 7.5". The late Mrs. Thring was hon. secretary and treasurer of The Italian Greyhound Club in england from 1928 to 1961. She was a noted authority on Toy breeds and owner of the famed PINEA Kennel of Italian Greyhounds pre-WWII. Shortly before her death Mrs. Thring gave the MSS. of this book to the I.G.C. who had great pleasure in publishing this book in her memory. In addition to the text there are 11 pages of incredible black and white photos of early Italian Greyhounds. This is a RARE book.
