Item #2006 - Professional EXQUISITE Needlepoint Canvas "Catwalk"

This canvas is called Catwalk. It was designed by our own ITALGREY Sharon Garmize under her professional name of SharonG.

On this canvas you will find 4 cats and a mouse.

This needlepoint Catwalk won a second place ribbon at the 2006 American Needlepoint Guild Seminar held in Tucson AZ.

The winning needlepoint was stitched by Dale Miller of Green Valley AZ under the direction of National Needlepoint Teacher Brenda Hart of Tucson AZ.

The large image to the left of the finished needlepoint piece is the actual winning needlepoint! The smaller photo above is of the stitch guide cover. Included in the auction are written instructions so you can stitch it using the exact stitches and threads that Dale used.

The auction is for the unstitched canvas and stitch guide only. No threads are included.

The size is 9"x13". It is handpainted by this professional artist on 18 mesh Zweigart Mono Deluxe canvas. This differs from canvases found in needlework stores which are printed. Needlepoint canvases of this sort are found only in boutique needlework shops. Only the highest quality acrylic paints applied by human hands are used in canvases of this quality.

No threads are included. Threads to complete this canvas could easily be purchased at any needlework store. By doing it this way you can substitute any color that you might prefer to fit your own decor! This is for the canvas only. It normally sells for around $140 and the directions sell for $30. People "in the know" consider that a bargain!

This exquisite canvas was donated to IGRF by the artist, SharonG.

Shipping will be handled by Sharon.

MANY MANY THANKS for this beautiful donation!
