#22 Old Brass Lapel
Pin Running IG (Greyhound) c1935
Here is a vintage brass lapel pin that is remarkably well detailed
for so small a pin.
Tiny ribs are faithfully reproduced through meticulous engraving.
The tail is so delicate that it is incredible. Facial details are particularly lovely.
On the back is an intact pin...but there is no safety clasp.
This pin was made before safety clasps were invented.
I suspect that this may once have been a man's lapel pin representing the Greyhound Bus Lines.
