Here is an incredibly lovely running lampworked solid glass IG. Under the dog is genuine polished cypress wood. In Florida it is illegal to chop down a cypress tree...but the wood is so gorgeous that it is really valued. On the bottom are several round felt pads. This figurine measures: 4" x 10.25" x 3.75" H. The dog alone measures 7.25" L. The tail is delicate and well formed. This was made by a real lampworked glass artist. I was told that it was made in the early 1960s. It is in excellent condition. This is an unusual and lovely figurine!!! Shipping will be handled by Dianne Beeber. |
