Item # 1024 - Delicate Vintage IG Tie or Scarf Clasp c1948

Here is an unusual vintage tie or scarf clasp in silvertone metal. On the front is a delicate running Italian Greyhound. Measurement is: 2.5" L. aside from a few small signs of wear on the finish this item is in excellent condition. It was found in an estate sale. I was told that this was made in the late 1940s.
